Every fxScripts resource is delivered through Cfx.re Asset Escrow. After you buy at Tebex, the asset is linked to your FiveM account and you authorize your server from Cfx.re Portal.

The flow

Buy at Tebex

Log in with your FiveM (Cfx.re) account during checkout.

Asset appears in your portal

portal.cfx.re → Granted assets. A few minutes after payment.

Authorize your server

Open the asset and add your sv_licenseKey to the allowed list.

Start the resource

Drop the folder under resources/, ensure <name> in server.cfg.
sv_licenseKey lives in server.cfg. Generate one at keymaster.fivem.net if you don’t have it.

Common errors

Your sv_licenseKey isn’t in the allowed list. Add it at Cfx.re Portal → Granted assets → the asset → allowed licenses. Then restart <resource>.
Wait 2-5 min after payment — Tebex pushes asynchronously. After 15 min still missing? You probably used a different FiveM account at the portal vs at checkout. Same email isn’t enough — has to be the same Cfx.re account.
Check spam. If nothing after 30 min, contact Tebex support directly from your Tebex account.
Same flow: Cfx.re Portal → Granted assets → add the new sv_licenseKey. You can authorize multiple licenses for the same asset (dev / staging / prod).
The asset bundle didn’t decrypt. Re-pull the latest version from Cfx.re Portal and replace the folder.

Updating

Cfx.re Portal pulls latest automatically when you start the resource. Configs, themes and translations survive updates — they’re escrow-ignored.

Refunds

Within 7 days of purchase, if the script doesn’t work as documented and we can’t help fix it, you’re eligible for a refund through Tebex. After 7 days it’s case-by-case. Full policy at General FAQs.
